Build Specification:

  • Minimum of 15,000 sqft (subject to eaves heigh of >10m)
  • Industrial, office and retail buildings considered
  • B1, B2, B8 consents


Development Land:

  • Between 0.89 and 4 acres
  • Greenfield or brownfield
  • Sites in isolation or as part of larger, mixed use scheme
  • Level, uncontaminated sites

Ideal Positions:

  • A road frontage good visibility from roadside 
  • Main arterial route, busy junctions, transport hubs
  • Highly visible and accessible positions with both domestic and commercial traffic
  • Close to major intersections, retail parks, high density populations, business parks
  • In excess or 100,000 domestic population within 10 miles



  • Freehold or long leasehold (minimum term 125 years)

Katie Vost – Property Manager

Katie operated and helped grow a portfolio of self-storage facilities over 15 years, having started her career in self-storage in 2002 for a construction company. She further developed her passion for property as MD of a company specialising in renting commercial Flex-space. Katie runs the property and agency department of the Flexiss Group.
