Mike, former CEO of Smart Storage, has extensive experience in strategic management and private equity-backed business growth across various sectors, including healthcare, and technology. His particular experience in growing and managing storage facilities for over a decade along with leadership roles in the SSA UK help to drive the Flexiss mission to deliver high yielding results across the portfolio.
Andy has extensive experience in the construction of self storage facilities. He also co-founded Storage Boost in 2005, an award winning self-storage facility, which he successfully exited in 2020. Andy brings a unique wealth of experience to Flexiss helping to build, operate, develop and manage multiple assets across Europe for a range of investors.
Paul has successfully worked in the storage industry for eight years developing his knowledge of the industry at three well respected and profitable companies. Prior to this, Paul worked in a senior management role in the insurance industry and was also MD of an international manufacturing business in the UK.
Jonty qualified as ACA with Grant Thornton in 2000 before moving on to BDO to work within Corporate Finance. He then spent 7 valuable years at Maven Capital as an Investment Manager focussing on supporting SMEs with their growth and exit plans, prior to joining Flexiss.
