In an affluent Cheshire suburb the cogs of industry have been turning to successfully demonstrate an ambitious expansion plan: The Flexiss Group’s commitment to growth and innovation is evident in its recent relocation to a state of the art office complex in Handforth, near Wilmslow. Designed to optimise utilisation of local transport links to any of the soon-to-be 24 sites and accessibility for key staff members, this strategic move aligns with the company’s objectives for their expanding portfolio.
The Handforth complex serves as more than just a base for the board of directors; it’s a hub for collaboration, housing a cutting-edge training suite, conference facilities, sales centre and the operational and logistical teams. The office is designed to facilitate seamless communication and productivity, and of course, a flagship HQ wouldn’t be complete without a few trademark tech upgrades such as electric vehicle charging points and smart fingerprint access.
Co-founder Mike Wilson underscored the importance of a dynamic workspace in fostering the company’s growth strategy. “Our new flagship head office reflects our ambition and commitment driving Flexiss forward. With the inauguration of the new head office comes a series of new appointments across the lead functions. In the finance department, Kim O’Kane inducted Adam Jones, Assistant Management Accountant. The introduction of the new in-house Marketing department meant Natalie Davies was appointed Marketing Manager and the newly created Human Resources department is now headed up by Christine Edwards.
Commercial Director Paul Whittaker remarked “Bringing our senior team in house and together under one roof as well as our training and development hub, multiple tech platforms and security systems will hugely assist the progression of everyone coming into the business and help keep Flexiss at the forefront of the industry for years to come.
